Our 10 years warranty is valid to products that have manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear or damage that does not correspond to manufacturing defects.
  • Unfortunate injuries, such as cutlery parts damaged as a result of falls and the like.
  • Damage due to misuse.


No costs for orders over €49.00.  For orders under €49.00, there will be an additional charge of €4,90 per package. 

Delivery time 

All deliveries are made with Posten/Bring, which offers delivery to the store or home delivery in some country’s. Delivery time is three to eight working days for products we have in stock. We will always do what we can so that you will receive the goods you buy from us as soon as possible. We do not deliver goods on Saturdays and Sundays.


You will receive a separate e-mail with a link to the tracking number when your order is sent from our warehouse.

Wrong or defective shipment 

If you have received an item that is defective, we will of course replace the item. How we solve each case varies, so it is important that you contact customer service when you want to report any defects. In some cases, we need to examine the item and in other cases it is sufficient to only be able to prove the defect e.g., an image that clearly shows the defect. If the item must be sent to us, we are responsible for the shipping, provided that your complaint is approved. You will then receive a similar product. We refer to the Consumer Agency’s laws and rules for complaints.


If you want to exchange a product, you must place a new order for the item you want. Once the item you want returned has been sent and arrived at our warehouse, a refund will take place immediately.


You will receive a return form by e-mail. If you want another product, you must place a new order. If you have paid for the item by card / direct debit, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 working days after the return has been registered with us.

Return items from different orders

It will be possible to return different orders together. Withdrawal form for all returned goods must be attached to shipment or sent to us by e-mail.


At Hardanger Bestikk, you have a 30-day right of exchange, return and cancellation of unused goods. In order to exercise the right of exchange, return and cancellation, it is important that you notify us within 30 days of when you received the item.
